Peter Walsh
USAAPT life member, ANZIM, HRINZ, NZPsS, IIP Advisor 

Educated in both education and psychology, Peter has consulted to business since 1983. Peter is well regarded internationally for research, providing professional team building, adult education, group facilitation and leadership advice.  

Trained in a range of personality assessment techniques Peter has accumulated many years of experience in their application in the workplace. By keeping up to date with current organisational research he has a wealth of knowledge to help in improving and managing performance. A former member of the USA Association for Psychological Type Faculty, Peter is qualified to administer assessments in the USA, Australia and New Zealand. 

In addition to private and corporate experience, Peter has played, coached, managed and administered a range of sports up to national level. Thus with a combination of technical and practical experience and skills, Peter is an invaluable asset to his clients. 

Shirley Walsh 

Shirley is qualified to administer the MBTI has many years of experience in the scoring and evaluation of MBTI assessments. Shirley coordinates and compiles and assists in the delivery of workshops and assessments, in addition to her operations management role. 

Marion Hook
C.A. 

Having worked several years in a professional taxation government corporation, Marion is able to provide strong Finance and Accounting support to the effective operations of Team Mosaic.  In addition to ensuring smooth operations, Marion contributes to the design and development of profiling reports. 

Jim Maessen  

Highly qualified in both PC and MacIntosh computer support, Jim is the on-call IT person behind the scenes who keeps machines and server up and running efficiently. His special expertise is in the installation and maintenance of network for clients.
